I don't know what type of food you've been eating. But: try beef ribs, cooked slowly in a covered pot over a low flame in onion (1 medium), garlic (2-3 large cloves), one half to 2/3 bottle of sweet red wine (Chianti), Worcestershire sauce (1tbsp), salt/pepper to taste until VERY TENDER. Slide the meat off of the bones (ditch the bones). Add tomato sauce with grape tomatoes or chopped tomatoes. Simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve over egg noodles or pasta (some different pasta than one you use often) with steamed veggies of your choice and a green salad and warm bread. Yumms! So tired of cooking the same recipes.., Share your recipe with me! PLZ!?
Beef Stew: Here is how you make it. First get a pot big enough for making stew in. Here is what you do next, after buying these items: You while need two bags of McCormick beef-stew mix, then get some potatoes, then some carrots, you can add more vegetables, but you do not have too,and of course some beef-stew meat, about two packages. If the stew meat is small enough for your taste, then leave it at that size,or you can chop it up a little,if you like. Place the meat in the pot, along with some flour, oil, water, and the two packages of the beef-stew mix. Then let the meat brown a little. After that, add more water and your veggies, then just put it on medium on your stove and let the veggies get fork-tender. Also you can make some baked or fried corn-bread ,and some ice cold tea,and have a great dinner. Heres how you make fried corn-bread,if you do not know how. First you need some yellow corn-mill,,1/2cup of flour,and1T.of salt, mix that together,in a mixing-bowl, then pour some boiling-water over it.Stir that all together, then turn on the cold-water in your sink, then get some cold water on your hands, and take a scoop of the mix in your hands.Next, put some more cold-water in your hand and, form the mix into a ball, then press it out, just a little, then put it in a skillet with hot canola-oil,and fry it too a golden-brown on both sides, then put it on a plate that has a paper-towel on it. When serving it with your stew, put some butter on it first, then eat with your stew and enjoy. I hope this helps you okay. Good luck and God bless,i hope it all turns out will good.
