awsome...A good chicken recipe for take-along lunches (10-15 mins cook%26amp;prep)?
take the cooked chicken and have it in like strips or chunks, with some lettuce and tomatoes and little ranch dressing - put it all in a tortilla for a wrap. quick easy and healthy.

You can also make chicken salad. chop up the chicken into a bowl, add in salt and pepper to taste (i like using Mrs. Dash's Table blend and Orginal) mix in a little mayonise. Serve on tortillas, crackers, or bread.A good chicken recipe for take-along lunches (10-15 mins cook%26amp;prep)?
