we were once having lunch in one of our relative's house in bulacan, they had this certain adobo (na almost dry), na i thought tasted really really nice, parang chicken, yet succulent ung meat (unlike cooked chicken), i was pretty surprised when they told me na twas frog meat, sarap kasi.
I heard, it can also be cooked in lieu of chicken in ';sinampalukan'; with sampalok leaves and ginger root, though ive never tasted that one yet. What is a good filipino recipe in cooking a palaka?
