FInd some small eggplants, peel four thin slices off them - I mean you don't peel them completely, you just take some of the skin off.


Fry them whole in olive oil, then put them in a dish.


Now use the same oil to fry some onion. You'll need a smallish onion per eggplant.


Now arrange the eggplant in a pan that you can put in the oven. be careful: the pan shouldn't be too big, i.e. the eggplants should be close together. Open each eggplant along its length, as you would do to prepare a jacket potato, and fill it with the onion. Put some pieces of tomato on the onion. Fill the pan with enough water to almost cover the eggplants and bake in oven until the water dries out.

Make Lahmucun for him. Take pit a bread take mince meat put a little bit of water on the pit a bread and then the mince meat turn the oven on to 450 degress . For about 10-15 minutes depending on the oven. At the end cut onions into little moon shapes then take parsley and Lemon juice together. Then after the Lahmucun is cooked then take all of the parsley and lemon onion's on the Lahmucun. And Enjoy!!
