What is a recipe for chicken breasts cooked in a crock pot that is healthy, easy, and tasty?

Depends on what tastes you like.

My husband is a meat and potato man so when i do it this is all I use:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cleaned and with fat take off)

2 cans of chicken broth

5 potatoes skinned and cut

Leave it on for about 4-6 hours on low.

Use the leftover juice for gravy.

It is very simple and only needs salt and pepper to make it taste wonderful. What is a recipe for chicken breasts cooked in a crock pot that is healthy, easy, and tasty?
Put a couple of chicken breast in the crock pot and a can of chicken broth and simmer on low for a few hrs.

I like to use chicken breasts (about 4 of them) with sliced bell pepper, onion, a can of pineapple chunks (about an 8 ounce can with juice), a splash of teriyaki sauce, sliced carrots, a pinch of chilli paste, and basically whatever else you think would be good in it. It makes a light refreshing hawaiian flavor dish that is good on top of white rice.
Place about 3 lbs boneless, chicken breasts in crock pot, cover with 1 bag frozen broccoli and one can Cream of Broccolis oup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 3-4 hours. Add 1 cup milk about 45 minutes before done or 30 minutes if coking on high. If you only have 1/2 lbs. chicken, halve other ingredients as well. Serve poured over rice.
Crockpot Chicken Barbecue

INGREDIENTS:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 1/2 cups tomato ketchup

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1 teaspoon ground red hot pepper flakes, or to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients for the sauce in the slow cooker. Add the chicken, try to coat it well with the sauce.

Cook on high 3-4 hours, or until chicken is fully cooked all the way through. Then shred or cut up the chicken, and replace it in the Barbecue sauce in the pot; mix it all up so all the pieces are coated.

You can keep the slow cooker on low to keep the chicken warm for serving on rolls.
