Whats a good easy and simple recipe for cooking pork chops?

my mom adds mustard to them but what else is goodWhats a good easy and simple recipe for cooking pork chops?
My mom didn't add mustard to hers but here's how she did hers - very simple:

Pork chops

soda crackers (crushed)

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Wash off the pork chops - to make the crackers stick. Place the cracker-coated pork chop in a skillet and brown the crumbs (doesn't have to be finely crushed either). Put the pork chops in a pot with the cream of mushroom soup and add enough water to just cover the chops. Bring to the boil, turn the heat down and simmer, uncovered for 1 hour to 1 hr 15 minutes. The longer the better - the more tender the chops will be. Serve with rice and a veggie. It will be fall-off-the-fork tender.Whats a good easy and simple recipe for cooking pork chops?
throw them in a crock pot with some bbq sauce and cook on low all day

they just fall apart!!
i have found that the best way to cook them is slow

the faster the tougher. i like to add a can of cream of mushroom soup
i always season them with paprika, coarse salt and pepper... thats it..

slice yellow onion 1inch think

heat butter in a pan on med-high heat... once melted add chops... for about 1 minute on each side....

take 2, 12 inch square pieces of foil. in them, divide the onion slices evenly in the middle. place chops on top, and wrap foil around into a pouch.

bake at 350 for about 15 minutes

serve on top of cooked onion slices

This is the only way i cook pork chops, because no other way compares in the tenderness and rich taste when they are done.
Here's a crockpot idea:

Pork Parisienne

6-8 boneless pork chops

Salt and pepper

Paprika

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 small can sliced mushrooms

1 cup sour cream

陆 cup water

Sprinkle pork with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place in crockpot. Mix soup, water, mushrooms, and sour cream. Pour of pork chops. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.

This is unbelieveably yummy!
I have the best recipe. My husband loves them. Hold on - I'll get it.

Put some flour on a plate, add salt and ground pepper and mix well with a fork.

Rinse the pork chops and dredge them in the seasoned flour. Then cook them in a deep frying pan or a saute pan (in a mixture of 1 T butter and 1 T oil) until browned on both sides. When the chops are browned remove them from the pan and set them aside. Then add a cup of beef broth to the pan, using a wooden spoon to scrape up those delicious brown bits. Bring the broth to a simmer, then put the chops back in. Put a lid on the pan, and put the heat on low. Cook for about 30 minutes. You will have the most tender delicious pork chops ever - plus a delicious gravy that you can serve over potatoes or couscous.
Use ';Shake n Bake'; for pork. The chops come out juicy and tender, so much better than any other way, it's the only way we cook em at our house. Just follow directions on pkg.
