I like the following recipe:

1. Campbell's baked beans......pour off Campbell's sauce

2. Spicy brown mustard (to taste) I like it quite tangy

3. Brown sugar - just enough make it a little sweet

4. Heinz ketchup - squirt it across the top

5. Cooking onions - diced (about 1/2 small onion per can of beans

6. Bacon fat - about 1/2 teaspoon per can of beans

7. Gently mix all ingredients - don't mash the beans

8. and then....... pork chops !! Dip the chops in the sauce to cover both sides

9. Bake at 350 F, for about 1.25 to 1.5 hours, depending on how deep your baking dish is.

Smells awesome when cooking - yum!

I just made this for a friend of mine that owns a restaurant. He's putting on his menu now.
HERE YOU GO.

Quick %26amp; Easy BBQ Beans

2 Large cans Pork %26amp; Beans ( About 28 oz)

陆 pound Pork Breakfast Sausage (Spicey sausage works too!)

1Bottle ';Demon Pig BBQ Sauce';

Drain beans, saving liquid. Brown and crumble sausage into very small pieces.

Mix all ingredients gently in an ovenproof pan. If necessary, add bean liquid to thin. More water may be needed while heating.

Heat covered slowly for one hour in a 300 degree oven. Stir after 30 minutes.

If you are in a big hurry, this an be don on the stop top, but must be stirred almost constantly to prevent burning.

Serve with any main course.

You can buy already baked beans in a can. My hubby and I like Bush's Baked Beans best. There is also a Bush's Maple Baked Beans. Warm in your microwave or on top of the stove.
